Your Multifaceted learning looks very interesting. It looks like there was some great Science testing completed and I'm sure you will have made them fair tests. The art work also looks very interesting. What impresses me the most is that all this learning was completed independently by yourselves!
Did you have to complete all three activities? Was it easy to switch from a Science activity to a Art activity? Mrs Stones
Hi Mrs Stones we have only done 2 multifaceeted lessons but on Thursday is our last lesson my last lesson is making a boat out of paper and see if it can sail I can't wait to mess around whith the boats. Did you know paper clips drowned but if you put a paper clip on a piece of paper and its floets
Thank you all for replying to my questions. I take it from your answers that you complete one facet each afternoon, working towards having completed them all by the end of the week. Have I understood correctly?
How do you decide which order you do the activities?
What happens if you find an activity really difficult or if you finish it really quickly?
I can see that you're really learning lots learning this way! I bet you are becoming really independent learners. In the pictures you look like you'd be brave enough to have a go at almost anything too!
I enjoyed making and testing the boats and next time I will make my boats stronger and smaller so they can move. The most interesting bit was seeing how many colours you can make with powder paint the coluors we used were black, yellow red, orange and white, next my group are doing forces with Mrs Warner it will be my groups last facet.
Multifaceted learning was very fun and interesting. I enjoyed mixing some colours together in the art facet. tommorow we are going to do are final facet I am doing a force facet . Jessica
I really really liked the Multifaceted lesson with the bands and I felt a tiny bit scared because the ones I had were really short and thin. Luckily the band didn't snap it just picked up the Year 4 money box that were filled with lots of things from around the classroom, it was over 25 neutons.
I really like doing multifaceted learning because everybody gets to do the same thing(but not all in 1 day). So far the best multifaceted lesson has been redoing our report on Tutankhamun.
Hi I liked doing the multy fasited it was really fun and I liked the one with the boats that was good and my favourate one was the magnet one and I got lots of paperclips on the magnet.
