The Big Write task was to produce an advert for one of the six items we are selling in Warner-mart.
Have the children remembered any of the features we have discussed this week?
Leave some feedback, maybe a star and a wish.

Which product would you buy and why?
What persuaded you to buy it?
Who is the target audience?
Hi year 4!!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed looking at your adverts!!
*I loved how eye catching the titles and pictures are!
*You've used some fantastic persuasive language to encourage met to want to buy your products!!
Wish: If they were put onto billboards...how could you make the text stand out even more to people driving or walking by?
I wonder who will be producing the future Marks and Spencer advert!

ReplyDeleteHello Year 4,
ReplyDeleteYour ads all look wonderful. You seem to have understood how to draw people's attention to what is being sold. Graphics to show the item, bright colours, larger text to highlight price and features, and a good layout catch the eyes of customers are always great techniques.

I have to agree completely with Mr Mannell. You really have a good grasp of how to persuasive language to engage the reader. Also - your designs stand out, something that is very important in advertising. Well done everyone.
