Pharaoh Kings and Queens

Mr E very kindly brought an Egyptian costume for us to have in class. He also gave me a fantastic idea.
He suggested that who ever was a super star worker in the previous session, should wear the Pharaoh costume and we had to treat them like royalty!!

Here is this morning's Pharaoh.

She had me doing everything, I even had to sharpen her pencil!

I wonder who the next Pharaoh will be?

    I absolutely loved learning about the Egyptians at school so I am extremely jealous to be missing out on this with year 4. It's an amazing time and there are so many amazing things to learn about the Egyptians. My favourite part was definitely learning about the afterlife and the embalming!!!! Hurry up Year 4 and learn about it!!!!!

    I love learning about Egypt and I can't wait to learn about Tutankhamen. I really can't wait to go to the Leeds museum and see a real mummy and I really can't wait to learn about all the mummifications. Canopic jars sound great the suggestion that my mum made of making our own Canopic jars with clay heads also sounds great.
