Talk homework

This week we have been working hard to create exciting openers based on Haunted Mansions.
Talk about the different ways you can achieve this. We will be using the Big Write planner tomorrow too.

Here are some ideas;

A sound effect - "AAAAARRRRRGGGG" I felt it grab me...

A thought - As I crept through the dark forest, I imagined what might be waiting for me...

A quotation - "What is that horrendous noise?" my Dad bellowed, covering his ears...


Don't forget the "ing" starters.

Dashing
Staring
Dragging
Scrambling ....

Could you use an "ing ly" starter?
