Share the learning journey of 23 amazing Year 4 children at Fieldhead Carr Primary School, Leeds.
Hello Year 4,I found your Earth Day Learning Logs very interesting. If we want a clean environment, we all have to do our part.By chance, I have been sharing environment information with a class on an island in British Columbia, Canada. They had Oceans Day over the weekend and were intent on helping keep their beaches clean. In order to encourage them, I surveyed three of the beaches in my town to see what I could find. Below are links to the posts written for them. There is a link to their post on mine as well. You can see what is happening in Canada and Australia...http://rossmannellcomments.edublogs.org/2013/05/27/trashing-our-oceans-and-waterways/http://rossmannellcomments.edublogs.org/2013/05/29/trashing-our-oceans-and-waterways-bar-and-middle-beach-survey/http://rossmannellcomments.edublogs.org/2013/06/05/trashing-our-oceans-and-waterways-short-point-tura-beach-survey/Ross MannellTeacher (retired).
