Learning Log showcase
This week it was particularly difficult to vote for the winning log to showcase on the main page. We have four winners!
As in previous weeks, the children vote for the log that most fits the success criteria.
Here the children are making their choices.
If you would like to see all the learning logs, have a look on the Learning Log page

Talk for writing
Since September we have been learning the story Little Red Riding hood off by heart. Year 4 have created some actions to help remember the story in the correct order.
This week the children have made a story map, a story board or a story trail to record the events. Here they are, click on them for a larger view.
Take a close look, we have some amazing illustrators in Year 4. See if you can follow the story using the illustrations.

Looking at maps
As part of our "Village in India" topic we have been looking at the information contained in maps.
First, we played a memory game. Each team came to the front to have a good look at the map and then had to return to the table. They had to write down information they had gathered.
Next time we are going to find out if children go to school and if they do, what they learn.
Write back and tell me what you have learned so far.
