Dylan is a poet in the making, I really enjoyed reading his poetry this week, especially the one about his little brother.

I am thrilled with the attitude William displays in class, he is determined to do his best and improve his handwriting. Keep it up William, it's working.

Sade is a good friend to children, not only the ones in Year 4. She is kind, considerate and so polite.

If you needed to know how to describe a golden child, you need look no further than Callum. He comes to school with a fantastic attitude and is ready to learn at all times. I love having Callum in my class.

Michaela: Simply because she does the right thing even when no one is watching!

A morning with Mrs Harman

Mrs Harman contacted me over the weekend and asked for this to be put on the blog....

"I had a wonderful time working with Y4 today. What fabulous children - full of enthusiasm an energy! They made me feel really welcome and showed me their immpeccable manners and hardworking attitudes. I was especially impressed by their time in the computer suite, every one of them a 'super surfer'. They are a credit to themselves and Mrs Warner. Thanks for having me Y4!!!"

 I don’t think I have ever met a more friendly and helpful person. Even our visitor commented how welcoming she was made to feel. You are a credit Alyssa.

Jamie is one of our Digital Leaders and has recently been showing off his skills on his personal blog. Not only does he keep it updated with a range of news but he has also promoted Y4’s blog nomination. Thank you Jamie, every vote counts!

If ever there was a time you needed a friend, this is the best person to call on. Olivia is kind, considerate and non judgemental. The perfect qualities of a perfect friend.

Alex is in the Gold Book not only because he is golden but because of his superb Learning Log. His classmates decided his log was the best one out of them all and is now showcased on our blog.

It is a pleasure teaching Alice, she continually strives to do her best and always does the right thing. A real Golden Girl.

Amber takes school very seriously, she regularly extends her learning at home and yesterday brought in some very special WW2 artefacts to show the class. Thank you Amber.

Hannah regularly visits the class blog leaving quality comments. She has also gone the extra mile adding news to her own personal blog.

Elle is so motivated, she regularly continues her learning at home and recently found the answer to a maths question we asked.

Keaton always shows wonderful manners in and out of class – a real credit to year 4.

Amber always shows a positive attitude to learning and will always challenge herself. She has recently continued her learning at home, bringing in an amazing science fact sheet.

Well done to Alice and Davey Lee for being superb Student Council representatives.
I had the pleasure of joining them in last week's School Council Meeting and I was so proud of the way they conducted themselves. Two amazing individuals.

Bailey has developed a new positive attitude to learning and has a determination to succeed. He has shown he has the ability and must now maintain this new attitude.

Luke has settled very well into Year Four and he is a wonderful addition to our team. He is kind, polite and very well mannered. An absolute pleasure to teach.
